Hi, I’m Chad, a creative designer and visual merchandiser with a passion for shaping memorable retail experiences.

I grew up in Geelong, a small town just outside Melbourne, Australia. Strangely enough, I never pictured myself working in retail. As a kid, I was completely absorbed in theatre, performing, dancing, and entertaining whenever I had the chance. I loved the electricity of the stage and the way it could move people.

Retail entered my world at fifteen when I picked up a casual Christmas job at a fast fashion store. What I thought would be a short-lived role revealed an unexpected discovery: the retail floor was its own kind of stage. I quickly became captivated by visual merchandising, the ability to set a mood, craft an atmosphere, and influence how customers experience a space.

From then on, I began seeing everything through the customer’s eyes. What do they notice first? How does the space sound, feel, or even move around them? That perspective has stayed with me and continues to drive my approach.

Today, I’m fortunate to bring that same curiosity and creativity to my work. For me, retail is not simply about shopping; it is about connection, storytelling, and creating experiences that resonate. I am dedicated to pushing creative boundaries and designing spaces that invite people to stop, feel, and remember.
